(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS software and data migration solution. • Requirement for Fiber Network Management Software (3–GIS) and support deploying and populating the software.• Agency seeking a qualified Geographic Information System (GIS) Engineering or Consulting firm to provide installation and integration of 3–GIS upon the existing ArcGIS instance, and provide data transfer of existing Town data into the 3–GIS Software• The 3–GIS software shall be able to document where network assets are located and the way in which those assets interact to bring service to the end user.• Software shall be capable of mapping and documenting the Town’s existing infrastructure, devices, components, and locations.• Perform pre–migration data Validation, data transformation, and data migration testing, at the Towns request.• Keep a log to monitor the migration process and record errors and transformations applied.• Convert the Town existing files and migrate the data into the new software application
