(1) Vendor needs to provide ArcGIS implementation consultant services to the government authority located in Michigan.– Database with ArcGIS, adding the current sign inventory to ArcGIS and providing a path for communication between the two databases.– Create field work flows to implement and enhance the use of ArcGIS for daily operations of the Sign Shop.– Design and create dashboards for tracking work flows.– Design and create reporting structures for viewing within and outside of the Sign Shop.– Design, create, and implement any other solutions or projects identified during the contract timeframe.– All workflows, databases, and supporting structures shall be easily scalable for future expansion other assets in the Road Department providing for future growth in the use of ArcGIS(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 8, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
