(1) Vendor needs to provide geographic information system to the government authority located in Ontario.• Provide professional Geographic Information System (GIS) services.• Complete business case analysis with recommendations.• Assist with Enterprise Geodatabase on Oracle and MS SQL Server.• The City has multiple geodatabases that cover several types of datasets.• Additionally, knowledge on Enterprise geodatabase Oracle to SQL server Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) migration is required.• Assist with the existing applications and development of new applications on ArcGIS online and ArcGIS enterprise.• To ArcGIS Experience Builder widgets, Oracle 19c or above, SQL Server 2022 or above, ArcGIS JS API 4.X or higher, ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, HTML 5, Dojo, Angular.• Provide support services, including troubleshooting Esri suite of products, and ability to fix custom solutions developed by the vendor.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 25, 2025(3) Vendor have to registered on Issuing Authority website in order to download unwatermarked RFP.
