(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS thematic maps, training and related technical support services to the government authority located in Ireland.- Creation of the GIS thematic maps based on the ARC GIS platform, which is the platform currently employed by the Contracting Authority- Design deliver and implement a training programme for selected members of staff from the Contracting Authority.- Deliver operational excellence and value for money(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2023
