(1) Vendor needs to provide ESRI ArcGIS enterprise and city works installation and upgrade services to the government authority located in Texas.- Consist of the following activities to be performed by the selected firm with support from agency IT and GIS teams.- Configure ArcGIS Online to connect to the new ArcGIS Enterprise installation.- agency currently uses a combination of a WebMap on AGOL and WebApp on Enterprise to present maps to internal users. This solution will be re-architected by BPUB staff to have a WebMap and WebApp that exist solely on the new Portal platform.- Update Schneider Designer and Wavepoint to use new ArcGIS services installed on new server.- Update Freeance configuration to use new Cityworks and ArcGIS Enterprise services.- Update OMS to use new SDE connections to get GIS data from new ArcGIS server location.- Update Milsoft to derive updated model from new ArcGIS server location.- Develop a new integration to replace the existing integration between Schneider's Designer and Cityworks AMS. Current direct database integration through triggers and/or database links will be replaced with web services deployed on the new GIS Web/IIS Server.- Configure Cityworks to use the new ArcGIS services on the new server.- Reconfigure the BPUB Customer Trouble Reporting App to create service tickets within new Cityworks installation.- Update configuration of Cognos reporting tool to use the new Esri and Cityworks installations. Identify all schema changes in the Cityworks database structure to allow agency to update integrations to Cityworks.- Update integrations with Twilio used to communicate with customers based on Cityworks activities.• Create automation processes run with task scheduler. The firm can recommend what thoseprocesses are. The goal is to aide with database maintenance tasks such as:o Database compressiono Rebuilding of indexes and statisticso Clean up orphaned versions from the ArcFM Process Framework• Clean up edits in add/delete table(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2023.
