[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for the migration of geographic information system and linear referencing system from GeoMedia to ArcGIS Pro and Roads and Highway environment to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
- Oracle Spatial for its day-to-day GIS data management, analysis, and mapping production for nearly two decades
- deployed ArcGIS Server Enterprise Standard (10.7.1), ArcGIS Portal, Image Server, ArcGIS Online (AGOL), a number of web and desktop products, and web services
- conducted an Esri Migration Study earlier this year which involved an inventory of existing data, GIS software, and workflows
- Training approach can include a mix of on-demand video training, remote instructor led, and on-site instructor led training
- GIS Migration to Esri Platform SCDOT GIS Inventory Document
- Existing GIS data evaluation and migration approach
- Existing ArcGIS Server and Portal configuration as well as continuing usage of ArcGIS Online
- Identification of technical requirements for GIS data
- GIS Migration Approach is to define the goals, tasks, and priorities leading to the successful migration of GIS data to the Esri Roads and Highways platform and creation of a routable road network along with how related features will be managed
- GIS mapping migration to an Esri Roads and Highways platform and creation of a routable network
- GIS Training Sessions and course materials including exercises and updated procedures documentation
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on March 23, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
