[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide seaport assessments and geographic information system support to the government authority located in Illinois.
- This includes Port for Seaport Assessments, Seaport Assessments and GIS Collection and Digitization, GIS Onsite Support, and contract management. The contractor shall provide assessments for Seaports to include site visits, data collection, surveys, analyses and simulation using government-off-the-shelf (GOT) software, and professional recommendations and development of a study report with GIS exhibits
- The contractor shall provide assessments, throughput calculation using GOT software, and GIS collection and digitization to provide seaport analysis. The contractor shall also provide onsite GIS support to improve productivity and capabilities for GIS data and tools.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
