Government Authority located in North Miami Beach, Florida; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for geographic information system consulting services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web and web applications based geographic information system consulting services for municipal and county government. The applications for which consulting services will be needed will require close and frequent liaison with the, community development, public works, and the parks and recreation departments and may be expanded to other departments. priorities and delivery schedules will be established by the city’s community development director, parks and recreation director, or public works director, or a combination of the three, and may be changed or amended frequently to the government authority located in North Miami Beach, FL.
- GIS systems to support municipal government level structure planning and regulations and shall demonstrate knowledge of ArcView GIS Software.
- Create web applications for the field collection of various city infrastructure assets.
- Update existing GIS desktop planning, zoning, right of way, utility map and existing web-based utility map to include all provided as-built information.
- Coordinate tasks, activities, and projects with the city’s water and sewer utility department and the city’s vendor Jacobs engineering group, Inc.
- Create online platform to support NPDES Program
- Merge existing GIS stormwater data for public works on city platform
- Load stormwater data build maps
- Build Tracking forms for stormwater infrastructure (catch basins, pipes, outfalls)
- Build dashboards to track progress
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
