(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS managed services to the government authority located in Santa Monica, CA.– GIS and cloud technologies to enhance city services, public safety, and planning and development– GIS application up to date– Perform planned maintenance and updates on GIS Servers– System monitoring and alerts as well as security updates– Apply timely Esri software licensing and wildcard certificate updates– Resolve issues such as slow performance, authentication problems, published services failing to respond, and errors logged in Server.– Resolve emergencies such as production–down scenarios and restore server operability as soon as possible– Create and follow through on any support tickets– Manage scaling, optimization, adding/removing users, and Enterprise Databases, etc.– Database backup and restoration services– OS Updates, upgrades, and patching– GIS Servicer software upgrades and patching (Server side)– Provide additional support hours on an as–needed basis(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 25, 2024.(3) Contract term will be three years.
