(1) Vendor needs to provide Arc GIS enterprise system architecture solution.– Agency is seeking consulting services to provide a thorough review of ArcGIS Enterprise environment, provide system architecture recommendations, and capacity planning support.– Agency is seeking professional services to review the existing system architectures of our deployed ArcGIS Enterprise environments, review current and future workflows and usage of the ArcGIS Enterprise environment, consider future Utility Network functionality, and provide system architecture recommendations to include:1. System Architecture Design recommendations for combining existing ArcGIS Enterprise Systems (existing ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 content to be moved to new ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 deployment).a. System Architecture should include data flow documentation that represents the flow of information within the system and interconnected systems.2. System Architecture Design recommendations for a well–performing ArcGIS Enterprise environment that will support new Utility Network functionality, existing workflows, and expected growth of use overtime.3. System Architecture Design recommendations for managing a secure, reliable, resilient, and scalable ArcGIS Enterprise system.4. System Architecture Design recommendations for high–availability and disaster recovery.5. Guidance and strategies for implementing effective workload separation.6. Capacity planning and reporting, to include server hardware sizing and network capacities required to support it.7. Recommendations for anticipated future ArcGIS Server/Enterprise licensing requirements.8. Roadmap and Implementation Strategy(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2024.
