- Provide general Tax Map and G.I.S. Base Map Maintenance as requested, including but not limited to; filed plans, deeds, easements, and lot consolidations. - Provided GIS updated shape files must be compatible with existing GIS map host: Spatial Data Logic. - Bidder is expected to troubleshoot with the GIS map host in the event of any compatibility problems or discrepancies such as linking errors involving the Parcel Layer - Provide general advice and/or assistance regarding metes and bounds questions and concerns, including reviewing and plotting deeds. - Provide additional research as requested. - Provide potential research into outstanding historical map issues. - The consultant shall implement a weekly (minimum) cyclic integration of the MOD IV tax assessment data with the updated digital GIS parcels. - A MOD IV comparison report must be generated on a monthly basis to check for discrepancies between the tax assessor’s files as compared to the existing tax map and GIS map. - Provide a current Tax Map to the Passaic County Board of Taxation on or before January 10, 2025. - Maintain the current flyover data mapping.
