[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 9-1-1 GIS data assessment services for locating a 9-1-1 emergency caller quickly and efficiently to the government authority located in Salem, OR.
- GIS data is used in all 9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) today for map displays, call routing and address verification. - 9-1-1 Program continues to partner with local, state and federal partners as well as industry leaders to develop, maintain and support quality GIS location data
- GIS data for routing 9-1-1 calls to the correct PSAP and dispatching emergency services in a NG9-1-1 environment
- prepare and submit a proposal for the assessment of 9-1-1 GIS data quality and next-step recommendations for GIS data development and OEM policy in preparation for statewide NG9-1-1 implementation.
- Review Data Schemas
- Test Data Integrity in GIS & MSAG/ALI Data Synchronization
- demonstrable experience developing 9-1-1 GIS data and depth of knowledge of the NENA NG9-1-1 GIS Data Model.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
