[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide assessment and development of GIS strategy to the government authority located in British Columbia.
• Development of a geospatial strategy to support the ongoing work of the ESD;
• Identification of synergies with the CVRD corporate GIS software and licencing and and gap analysis to drive the specific needs of the ESD GIS build out,
• A governance strategy to guide both the Divisions GIS structure and processes as well as linkages to the corporate GIS.
• Future business needs and identify gaps to be addressed through the ESD Tactical strategy.
• Existing GIS data & development of options and solutions for updated geodatabases
• Existing data, processes and methodologies and provide options for development of cohesive geodatabases to support existing and future information
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 11, 2022.

Onshore (Canada organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite.
