[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide street lighting GIS development services to field verify existing street lighting infrastructure location and build a geographic information system for the city’s street lighting division, allowing the division to better manage its assets and perform utility stake-outs to the government authority located in Rochester, NY.
- Develop internal-use GIS web application for the City of Rochester’ GIS Portal, which allows staff to view, query, edit, export, and print street lighting data
- Configure Workforce for ArcGIS to allow City street lighting staff to assign work and priority levels to contractors, and keep track of contractor progress
(2) A pre-proposal zoom meeting will be held on October 20, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 22, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
