[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS assessment and roadmap services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.
- Assessment should focus on governance, people, process, and technology considerations to ensure the Authority benefits from a comprehensive view of the GIS opportunities and challenges.
- Consultant will be expected to review five primary focus areas as part of the As-Is Assessment: Governance, Data Governance, People, Process, and Technology, consultant will be responsible for gathering and synthesizing all findings from the survey and individual interviews into a useful format that can be incorporated into the As Is assessment.
- Based on the information gathered through the staff interviews/survey and collected as part of the As-Is assessment, the selected consultant will compile a final report of primary recommendations prioritized in a GIS roadmap, The roadmap document should be organized by focus area and provide
recommendations that cover a 2-3 year implementation time horizon.
- GIS team provides support for business needs across multiple departments, including Engineering, Operations, Public Affairs, and Customer Service. While the team has made strides to leverage GIS tools that can help to support critical business functions and streamline existing processes, Authority is dependent on manual processes that overload the GIS team and prevent the organization from maintaining up-to-date asset records.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 23, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
