[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic and GIS services to provide professional-quality maps for project-related cultural resource projects often on a compressed schedule. Providing GIS shapefiles of field and project data as a final deliverable to the government authority located in Cheney, WA.
• GIS mapping of cultural resources in support of project planning and decision-making efforts. Mapping may include the results of GIS overlay and extraction analyses, buffering, and other geoprocessing applications, as well as georeferencing and digitization of historical or modern aerial imagery, project engineering drawings, etc. GIS-related project input may also include the interpretation of historic and modern aerial imagery and maps in relation to project activities.
• GIS mapping of cultural resources and project areas in support of cultural clearances required by contractor projects. Contractor requests and subcontractor maps will be submitted electronically and be accompanied with applicable native files and database updates when applicable.
• GIS analyses, mapping, and reporting of special cultural resource GIS studies, which may include Spatial or 3D Analysis
• GIS-based assessments of potential impacts to cultural resources
• Compile and organize geospatial data for use in supporting project documents. Data sources include ArcGIS servers, geospatial data clearinghouses, government agencies, and clients
• Research, digitize, maintain and share feature datasets of historic land ownership/land/patents from the 1860s through the 1950s
• Prepare historic map figures (including road and soil maps) as needed to document the history of the project area.
• Digitize field drawings of profiles of exposed soil profiles and cultural features, plan views of cultural features, rock art panels, and artifacts as well as soil correlation figures in Adobe Illustrator.
• Using geologic map information as well as field observations to illustrate the geologic profile of a large area to demonstrate the age of the landforms that may be within a project area.
• Prepare photographs for reports using a template that includes specific AHS headers and footers.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
