[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced geographic information systems consulting services on an as-needed basis to the government authority located in Redwood City, CA.
- introduce each candidate to be considered for an assignment in a separate email containing
- Advising on technical problems and making recommendations concerning the City’s
ArcGIS enterprise system.
- Assisting with geodatabase administration, troubleshooting database issues, and creating spatial views
- Developing data models, schemas, meta-data, and geodatabase design documents.
- Assisting in the development of ESRI tools such as Collector, Insights, and Dashboard.
- Developing automated procedures for routine GIS tasks using Python or JavaScript.
- Troubleshooting GIS data security, access, distribution, and retention issues.
- Providing expertise and knowledge transfer of new GIS technologies.
- Experience deploying and maintaining Web Adaptors for ArcGIS Server.
(2) A letter of intent to due on December 13, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
