Government Authority located in RDU Airport, North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for GIS consultant services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS consultant services to the government authority located in RDU Airport, NC.
- e GIS program has been built from the ground up over the last 15 years to include a wide variety of basemap, imagery, infrastructure, asset and airfield related data. The Authority has a single server Enterprise GIS System and uses ESRI’s ArcGIS products (currently version 10.5.1) for production and maintenance of a robust centralized SQL geodatabase.
- GIS system is in the process of being migrated to a three-tier structure utilizing ArcGIS Enterprise, federated Portal and ESRI software version 10.7.1. The GIS program primarily serves the Authority’s internal business processes and airport operations, but liaisons heavily with outside consultants/contractors, tenants, business partners, utility providers, local municipalities, various governmental agencies and occasionally the general public.
- GIS Planning Services include GIS program roadmap development including strategic plan(s), needs assessment, implementation plan(s), user requirement analyses, feasibility studies; and Technical user guides, manuals and reports; and General recommendations of emerging technologies aligning with organizational and program vision both short‐term and long term.
- GIS Data Development, Inventorying and Conversion Service to Integrate FAA AGIS data into existing GIS data structure in a compatible and functional manner; and, Digitize/create/edit points, lines, polygons; enter/update attribute information, metadata; and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), data migration and conversion from various sources; and Utility network inventorying.
- GIS Technical Services for Geospatial analysis, geospatial modelling, model development, scripting, workflows, training for GIS and/or non GIS staff; and Database creation and management in both test and production environments using best practices, industry standards and ESRI data model(s); and Support with mobile data collection and distribution platforms; and Cartographic, visualization, map production support; and Software and server updates/upgrades, technical troubleshooting or resolution; and Integration of GIS Enterprise System with other third party systems; and Content creation and administration of Portal for ArcGIS and/or AGOL; and Adhoc staff augmentation.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 09, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
