[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide geographical information systems training (GIS) service to the government authority located in British Columbia.
• Engagement with local industry
o Cater curriculum to likely employers and industry demands detailed by the CCRD
o Web conference and an additional 4 hours of facilitation/reporting
• Customization of course material
o Using industry demands and local data to customize the course material to local needs
• Five consecutive days in-person introductory training
o 35 hours classroom and field training
o Marking and feedback on daily assessments
o Administration and grading of final test
• Use of, or provision of, workstation class mobile training lab laptops for the duration of the course
• Use of, or provision of, GPS enabled field tablets for the duration of the course
• Use of, or provision of, Arc GIS Desktop, Online, and Field App licenses for the duration of the course
• Use of, or provision of, “Getting to know ArcGIS Desktop. 5th Edition 2018” textbook
• Workflow guides which reflect identified local priorities.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
