[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide geographic information system and technology best practices to conduct a GIS needs assessment that results in a GIS master plan for the city to the government authority located in Grants Pass, OR.
- Professional services required to develop a comprehensive review of the city’s current GIS, and develop a GIS needs/gap assessment report, technology readiness assessment, organizational readiness assessment and prepare an implementation plan to provide a strategic roadmap for future GIS growth needed to support all departments within the city.
- GIS infrastructure (hardware, software, and network) to support the current and future growth of the GIS system, infrastructure review must be completed by a certified IT Specialist.
- GIS Staffing, Training and Support to develop a recommended staffing levels and skills requirements for current and future GIS positions, develop a city-wide GIS Governance plan that clearly identifies the roles and responsibilities for each department’s use, budget and maintenance of the GIS program and data.
(2) A one-on-one pre-proposal interviews July 23-25, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
