[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS managed services and cloud migration for design, create and manage a hosted solution that houses GIS data and services using existing ESRI software to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.
- create a server architecture utilizing previously procured ESRI software, set up the environment(s), and manage it in the cloud.
- ability to fully develop and manage a highly scalable and highly available 10.6.1+ ArcGIS ecosystem with development, staging, and production environments.
- managed cloud environment for self-service GIS implementations including storing and publishing geospatial data such as vector maps and associated attribute data; hosting custom web applications; a portal for collaboration and self-service mapping; and both web-based and desktop data editing workflows.
- apply a modern web GIS pattern with secure and reliable web services that support applications and access points
- capability to host and publish content that can be consumed by GIS applications, such as ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Desktop clients, and other GIS web and mobile applications.
- Ability to oversee the entire lifecycle of the service offering
- A web portal for logging and tracking issues
- Monitoring and logging
- Identity and access control
- Secure website that hosts web maps and web applications using web services published through ArcGIS Server
- Must allow administrative access for GIS Analysts to manage content and users
- Support web-based data editing workflows including both map and attribute data
- Services-based integration for bringing additional attributes from the work management system into web maps and applications
- Solution Provider should have the ability to upgrade the environments to the next major release of the ArcGIS software platform on an annual basis.
(2) A non-mandatory telephone conference will be held on June 4, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than May 28, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be four years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
