[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide geographical information systems support services to support the annual provincial aerial overview survey program to the government authority located in Victoria, BC.
- The Contractor must produce two paper maps and one mylar version of each 1:100,000 plot
covered by the provincial aerial overview survey delivered to each regional AOS contractor, the contractor will deliver all final project deliverables no later than the specified term date as per this schedule or as required by the project;
- If additional trainee or supervisor personnel will be on board for survey flying, the Contractor will
provide any further maps to the AOS contractor that may be requested with adequate notice;
- The contractor must communicate with each AOS contractor from each provincial region to create
and plot customized operational maps for flight tracking and planning purposes, as requested;
- The contractor must produce and post a weekly summary map to the project blog showing the
compiled GPS aircraft track lines flown, 1:100,000 map sheets submitted by the AOS contractors,
and 1:100,000 map sheets completed;
- The Contractor must supply interim maps as part of the weekly progress reports when the data
becomes available;
- The Contractor must provide bi weekly progress reports throughout the project to the Provincial
Entomologist;
- The Contractor must provide maps and GIS services to support the gypsy moth eradication
program.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 6, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
