[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide aerial imaging services to update GIS map layers and for fire prevention inspections to the government authority located in Irvine, CA.
- Imaging must incorporate airborne GPS and a previous image for geo-referencing. The final imaging accuracy must have 90% confidence within four pixels of the reference image (one foot).
- Imagery must be captured using a calibrated digital mapping camera. A camera calibration report must be provided with the data.
- Imagery must be filtered in a way to minimize building shadows.
- Imagery should be captured when weather is clear with no clouds and no obscuring atmospheric conditions such as smoke, fog, dust, cloud, and haze.
- Imaging must be in three band RGB 8-bit per channel format for true natural colour.
- Images must be free of significant defects or inconsistencies in tone, contrast, or colour within an individual tile and between adjacent image tiles. Image shall be free of striping, banding, washouts, and appears seamlessly.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 4, 2017.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on October 10, 2018.
