[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide geographic information system services for multi-criteria and site suitability analysis design and execution, geometric network creation and network analysis, GIS Data creation, collection, manipulation, extraction and maintenance, 3D data development for base maps and models, digitization into spatial data formats from other sources (PDF, .jpg, as-builts, historical maps etc), conversion of CAD data into GIS formats, geodatabase design, conversion, schema creation, implementation, integration and documentation, enterprise geodatabase versioning and replication, GIS data standards creation and documentation, GIS web and desktop application development and GIS master planning, implementation and program management to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.
(2) A pre-submittal conference will be held on April 2, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than April 3, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
