(1) Vendor needs to provide ESRI ArcGIS data management services for premierone computer aided dispatch. – The Esri GIS data maintenance services will help to ensure that the Motorola PremierOne CAD GIS mapping features are performing as designed and able to support the agency to handle the emergency operation needs. o GIS Data Maintenance Services• Handle the ArcGIS pro data maintenance, including but not be limited to the following tasks:• Support agency specific GIS location data adjustments to ensure the data is functional with the Motorola PremierOne CAD system according to agency operation requirements• Perform GIS street map and common point adjustments and corrections• Handle the GIS data upload and download processes with the Motorola CAD GIS administration server • Support the revised GIS data to ensure the system readiness with CAD GIS related mapping features. • Handle the GIS Mobile data preparation for Motorola PremierOne CAD mobile client.o GIS Mapping Advisory• Provide expertise and assist on Motorola CAD GIS map data architectural changes according to the operational needs.o Miscellaneous• Provide periodic scheduled data maintenance• Provide other necessary assistance as needed(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 16, 2025. (3) The contract period will be three years.
