(1) Vendor needs to provide convert water rights and water use databases from FoxPro to GIS–centric database service.– To convert water rights and water use data currently in Microsoft FoxPro all free tables, not wrapped in a database container to an Esri, GIS–centric database solution with an annual water use reporting requirement, including retention of historical water reporting use.– The ability for the state to generate mailings, access pdf documents associated with the data, and create reports is a necessity, whether by custom–built tools or off the shelf tools.– Water rights database five tables currently in a one–to–one relationship as free tables.• Prmtinfo.dbf• Admninfo.dbf• Irrginfo.dbf• Wellinfo.dbf• Daminfo.dbf– Irrigation water use reporting database one table, not within a database container:• Iquest.dbf– Water rights database data needs to be extracted from the FoxPro tables which the state can provide to the contractor in a generic DBF or XLS format.– Irrigation water use reporting database data needs to be extracted from the FoxPro tables which the state can provide to the contractor in a generic DBF or XLS format.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
