(1) Vendor needs to provide digital aerial imagery services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.– Provide digital vertical aerial photographic surveys– The aerial photography will be used to facilitate the planning, design and construction of improvements and additions to the existing highway and bridge systems and to aid agency Maintenance and Reconstruction programs.– Photography or Lidar Flights– Fly First Photographic or LiDAR Flight–Line on each project.– On all Photographic Flights, Selected Offeror shall take the First–Exposure for each project.– Digital imagery, including metadata, must be delivered by upload to a Microsoft SharePoint folder– LiDAR+Photography Flights
