(1) Vendor needs to provide hyperspectral imagery data collection services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.• Agency Seeking proposals from qualified proposers to capture leaf–off and leaf–on hyperspectral imagery• Imagery is integral to County geographic information systems (GIS) operations and will be used insupport of many applications and uses.• The GIS data products or derivatives of the imagery are optional but not required in response• The hyperspectral imagery is to be comprised of an annual spring (leaf–off) data collection flight.• Second, summer (leaf–on), hyperspectral imagery mission will also be captured annually.• All imagery is to be captured in ideal climactic and stable weather conditions to provide optimal imagery collection, e.g. cloud free, low moisture and limited shadows• These products will support the maintenance of various geospatial databases included in the county’s enterprise geographic information System (GIS).• The standard imagery tiling scheme is an arbitrary grid composed of 2,500 feet by 2,500 feet (2,500’ x2,500’) tiles with a naming convention that utilizes the standard coordinates associated with each tile.• Training and training materials should be included. Web–based or in–person training are acceptable.Image collection will detail.• General environmental mapping, including open space, impervious surface and roof type determination and inventory, Monitoring of wetlands for assessments on climate change• Mineral mapping• Green infrastructure planning, implementation, and management• Soils and geologic mapping• Utilizing GIS data has adopted the ArcGIS Enterprise, a GIS software suite produced by Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI), and all of its affiliated products including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online as its standard platform in the server, desktop, and Internet/Intranet environments.• Extant rich web–based applications, supports code development according to the good practices of its web services environment of Windows Server 2019, IIS, SQL Server, and Esri Server API products.• Development frameworks utilize a range of platforms including JavaScript, utilized on the.NET framework with Microsoft Visual Studio(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 28, 2025(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on March 24, 2025.
