(1) Vendor needs to provide community wildfire protection plan GIS applications services to the government authority located in Grass Valley, CA.– The purpose of the GIS Applications is to monitor the success of the CWPP, create a centralized self–sustaining GIS project tracker, and serve as an interactive “playground” for wildfire risk reduction project design and map making.– CWPP monitoring dashboard.– Public submission form allowing stakeholders to submit wildfire mitigation project data.– Internal data submission review application.– Wildfire risk reduction project map viewer.– Cal mapper.– Lead group management and conduct outreach to applicable agencies that are included within the boundary of the CWPP to obtain necessary data, solicit feedback, and collaborate with them to support the GIS application.– Create distributed collaboration and group management within the county ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS enterprise systems.– Create data taxonomy and structure documentation and solicit feedback from stakeholders.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 29, 2024.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2024.
