(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS data conversion to ESRI utility network services to the government authority located in California. – Providing consulting services to convert existing GIS enterprise database to ESRI Utility Network.– Strategically advancing its GIS capabilities through the migration of its enterprise geodatabase to the cutting–edge ESRI Utility Network (UN).– Assistance to collaborate with the GIS Team and IT Department to ensure a seamless migration process.– Include database and attribute automation included in the deliverable. Example: attribute rule for automatic creation of facility id at asset creation.– All existing data to be migrated from ESRI’s geometric network for use in ArcMap to ESRI’s utility network and schema for use in ArcGIS Pro.– UN Readiness and Data Assessment– Develop an implementation roadmap delineating the requisite steps for a successful migration.– UN Implementation for Enterprise GIS Database• Work closely with GIS staff as technical advisors to:1. Develop database schemas suitable for the UN platform.2. Enable branch versioning to track changes and updates.3. Utilize migration tools to transfer existing data from the Geometric Network to the UN platform.– Migration and validation of data to an Asset Package• Spearheaded the migration process to an Asset Package format.• Validate the accuracy and completeness of the migrated data to uphold data integrity standards.– Integration:• Validate the Functionality of Data with Current Web Services• Test and verify the functionality of the migrated data with existing web services.• Develop and Follow an Implementation Plan to Integrate Data with Third–Party Asset Management Applications– Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure staff members are proficient in utilizing the new tools and data structure effectively.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 19, 2024
