(1) Vendor needs to provide geographic information system. – NG911 awareness training for staff and local agencies and informational materials.– Translate and existing address information to based GIS Model for each community.– Identify and maintain status of properties and parcels requiring additional unit numbering or missing addresses.– Identify and maintain status of possible errors in gis address data by identifying discrepancies between gis address data and data used by emergency agencies, local governments, state assessment, and state digital road atlas.– Maintain status of address point confidence levels within the GIS address dataset.– Design web–based address review and editing platform:– Create a platform to display newly created GIS address data populated with preliminary data. Highlight errors, gaps, and areas of concern to be reviewed by local staff member.– Provide access to platform to allow staff in participating communities to review address data, and edit, remove, or add address data.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 27, 2024. (3) The contract term will be one year.
