(1) Vendor needs to provide geographic information system (GIS) master plan development services.- Assessment of current GIS technology used at the Town.- Assessment of GIS Governance, including how GIS is managed, how service is delivered and, consumed inside the corporation and to the public.- Evaluation of decentralized GIS team, including resourcing, roles and responsibilities, skillset and work allocation amongst the team.- Review of departmental GIS usage and current business needs.- Utilization of data - GAP analysis,- Software, applications, and system architecture,- Integration opportunities with other business system,- Implementing innovative solutions in a timely manner.- Outline the sequential activities over 5 years required to implement the recommended GIS and GIS technology recommendations. Including, resources, time, training, work effort and budget estimates where possible.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 11, 2023.
