(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS managed services to managed GIS services to ensure its cloud GIS environment is safe, secure, and reliable to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.- Portal for ArcGIS- Server Federation- Relational and Spatiotemporal Data Stores- Hosting Data Store- ArcMap 10.X+ Desktop suite including applicable extensions- Enterprise geodatabase(s) for data storage- ArcGIS Apps: Survey123, Collector for ArcGIS, Operations Dashboard, Insights for ArcGIS, Workforce for ArcGIS, Navigator for ArcGIS- A web portal for logging and tracking issues- Ability to architect and manage a highly available and scalable server environment of the aforementioned technologies- Secure website that hosts web maps and web applications using web services published through ArcGIS Server- Contain an organizational structure for sharing specific content via user groups- Access to the Living Atlas and other external content- Support web-based data editing workflows including both map and attribute data- Support cloud-based (virtual) and on premise desktop data editing capabilities through ArcGIS Desktop software- Services-based integration for bringing additional attributes from the work management system into web maps and applications- Support real-time analytics using a library of geoprocessing tools that can trigger automatic notifications- Solution provider must perform all system and software patches- Allow changes to the geodatabase schema including adding and updating values, fields, and domains- Solution provider should use the most current hardware available and should not use hardware older than 4 calendar years from project onset and term renewals.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2023.
