(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology geospatial application development and support service.
- Consultant will support and supplement in-house team in managing, developing, and maintaining business solutions
- Consultant must be capable of providing high-quality systems design, development, maintenance, and support services; project management; business and system analyses, IT quality assurance and IT maintenance and integration of key systems, enterprise geographic information system
1. Enterprise geographic information system development
- Enterprise GIS ArcGIS portals, ArcGIS servers, data repositories and application deployment environments, ArcGIS web application builder and experience builder
- GIS Data Library Interactive GIS application that allows GIS analysts and planners
2. GIS workflow development
- Geospatial data exchange and workflow system for sharing and collaboration of regional planning and other geospatial data.
3. Commercial off-the-shelf software
- Desktop and Enterprise Capable Geospatial Software
- ArcGIS including but not limited to Desktop (including pro), Enterprise, Mobile and Cloud
- Story Maps
- Microsoft Power
4. Custom Application Development and Support
- Cloud Geodata such as RedShift
- ArcGIS web appbuilder, ArcGIS experience builder, survey 123
- Kubernetes
- Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft power
- Support and development of open source or custom applications based on Linux, PostgreSQL, Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Custom web and mobile GIS Application Development
- Azure DevOps
- Work closely GIS Business Analyst to verify and refine requirements, provide Development Guidance and implement these within governance and architecture.
- Troubleshoot and provide GIS technical assistance to staff on projects and programs, coordinate with other departments on GIS issues and solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and build and maintain professional relationships with other IT colleagues, and business units to develop a clear understanding of implementation options and approaches and responds with agility to changing priorities.
